Payment options include Cash, Credit/Debit or money transfer apps such as Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, PayPal. Payment will be due in full upon the completion of job. Initial deposits may be required depending on job and will be discussed when booking. NO checks of any kind accepted.

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled booking will incur a minimum $100 Fee

Normal Business hours are considered 8AM-6PM Seven Days a week. Falco Moving may accommodate outside of normal business hours if previously discussed.

General equipment such as dollies, tools, pads and tape will be supplied. Moving Trucks & Trailers will be supplied by Falco Moving (at an additional cost). This should be discussed during time of booking.

Falco Moving Company will ONLY be liable for damage during the load and/or unload part of your move. Your furniture is covered under our insurance while it is in our possession. Once your moving truck or container has been loaded and/or unloaded our coverage stops. Furniture is never covered while in transit.

If damages occur during your move while in our possession

We will fix or replace your item(s) limited to a maximum of $.60 cents per pound per item as determined by the US DOT Standard Weights and Measures. Loss or damage claims are settled based on the pound weight of the article multiplied by 60 cents. Items which are part of a pair or set will be valued as individual items.

For example, if a 10-pound Computer is valued at $600 and it was lost or destroyed, Falco Moving Company is liable for no more than $6.00

Falco Moving Company will not be responsible for the following items

Pressed Wood – Particle Board

These items are excluded from our insurance due to the weak nature of the material. All furniture that contains the above items will be inspected before handling/moved.

Property Damage

If any damage to your property occurs, please point it out to the lead mover immediately. Failure to notify the loaders/unloaders of any property damage prior to their departure will forfeit any claim of damage to the property against Falco Moving Company

Additional Insurance Option

Falco Moving Company does not provide any additional insurance and has no affiliation with any insurance providers.

However, you can get additional insurance for your move. This will be from a third party insurance provider.  

Most insurance providers will require you to purchase insurance at least 48 hours prior to your move. The insurer below is not endorsed by Falco Moving Company but is provided to give you a starting point for your research into additional insurance options:
